Delivery and Returns

Posting and Packing and Surcharges
We deliver most orders free of delivery charges. Orders made before 10 am Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same working day. Orders processed after 10 am  will be sent the next working day. Orders made on the weekend will be processed on the next working day which will be Monday (or Tuesday if Monday is a public/bank holiday in England/Wales).
We only offer free deliver to UK mainland and do not offer this on orders placed outside of the UK. Some parts of Scotland (including the Highlands), the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight are usually subject to a freight surcharge, if so, we will contact you to let you know the charge before processing your order.
Orders normally ship the same day or next working day, which you should receive in 1-2 working days, thus most orders are estimated to be delivered in 2-5 working days. However, delays for a number of reasons may occur. If we are aware of any extended delays to your order, we will contact you as soon as possible and advise you of your options, including the opportunity to cancel your order.
All deliveries and packages and original boxes must be stored in a safe location, as we are unable to accept any returns once packaging is damaged or the item is used.
Acceptance of Delivery
When you receive the product(s) you must inspect them for any defects or non-conformity before signing good condition. If you sign good condition, you are accepting the goods are in an acceptable condition. Any packages not signed for but accepted are considered signed in good condition.
If you can see any sign of damage to the parcel/s please sign as damaged otherwise we cannot refund or replace the item, beyond your statutory rights.
You must be available to accept delivery on the delivery date as the courier will only attempt re-delivery up to 2 times and then the delivery will be returned back to If delivery is refused or returned due to a faulty address, you will be charged any courier return fees & redelivery fees.
Risk and Title
The Products will be at your risk from the time of acceptance of delivery. Ownership of the Products will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the Products, including delivery charges (where applicable) and all other applicable charges, taxes and/or import duties.
Returns and Cancellations
If you change your mind about buying a Product, you may cancel the purchase or return the item after you place your order at any time until the expiry of seven working days after you receive the Products (the “Cooling-Off Period”). In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the Products in accordance with our refunds policy set out below. You must return the Product to us in the original packing and in new and unused condition so that we receive it within twenty-one days after you cancel the contract. All products must be returned in original (new) condition and in original packaging.
If you receive Products which are faulty on arrival or are not what you ordered then we shall, at our option replace or repair any damaged, defective or incorrect products, or refund to you the amount you paid for the goods in question PROVIDED THAT you notify us of the problem in writing at:

within 3 working days of delivery of the Products.
To cancel any contract or order, you must inform us in writing by email and we will send you instructions on how to return the order. If your order has not shipped yet and we are able to stop the shipment, there will be no charges; please note, the cancellation is effective when you receive notice from us of cancellation, after you send your request for cancellation. If you have received your order, you must return the Product in the same condition in which you received it, and at your own risk. You must return the Product at your own cost unless it is not what you ordered. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Products while they are in your possession. If you fail to take reasonable care of any Products and do not return them to us in their original condition, we may have a right to seek compensation from you for any loss of, or damage to, the Product, including a partial refund, or no refund.
We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. The refund will occur after the product has been inspected, as soon as possible, and in any case within 30 days of the day we have received your return. We will refund the cost of the product less the cost of postage and packaging incurred by us when sending it to you.
Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights.
